AYAM MASAK MERAH

Firstly we must have the ingredients. So,what we need right now to get ready ingredients before we cook.
One chicken, we need to cut into twelve. Then put turmeric powder n salt just for taste.fry for a while and separate it.

8 nos                                         shallot                    -blend                                          
3 nos                                         Garlic                     -blend                                   
5 cm                                          Ginger                                                                         
3 nos                                         Lemon Grass             - knock                                 
30 gm                                        Dry Chillies             - blend (fined)       
1 cup                                         Tomatoes Sauce  

ingredients A                    
5 cm                                          Kulit Kayu Manis                   
1 no                                           Bunga Lawang
3 nos                                         Buah Pelaga
2 stalk                                      Curry Leaves           - take only leaf  



METHOD FOR COOKING :-
1)    Heating oil and saute ingredients already blend except dry chillies. With together ingredient A until increase their smell.
2)   Then,put dry chillies until a little bit dry and mix with tomatoes sauce. Wait until ingredients cook and condensed.
3)   After that put chicken and mixwell.
4)   Finally,seasoning with salt and sugar to taste. And you can take it after that.
5)   For visual attractive,maybe you can have a simple decoration like onion spring or pea beans.
